Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in their daily lives.

Responsibilities
  • Perform specific resident care procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse.
  • Respond to call lights and bells in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
  • Participate in implementing resident activities and programs.
  • Complete resident care records accurately and thoroughly.
  • Provide a safe and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Respond to emergency situations according to established procedures and protocols.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures related to infection control, safety regulations, and fire protection.
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a certified nurse aide program.
  • CNA certification in good standing.
  • 1 year of experience as a certified nurse aide, preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork.
  • Good writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them efficiently.
  • Ability to work with a mature resident population and promote a warm, caring environment.
