About the Job:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

As a LPN with Maxim, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders, assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.
