Responsibilities- Support the Unit Nurse Manager in leading the nursing team
- Collaborate with staff to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Facilitate patient throughput and operational efficiency
- Maintain basic nursing skills and clinical knowledge
- Assume full oversight and responsibilities in the absence of the Nurse Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- 1 year of formal nursing leadership experience preferred
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- PALS & ACLS within 6 months of hire (if applicable)
- Member of a Professional Organization
