Radius Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in an Inpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Physical Therapists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
  • Communicate effectively with Physical Therapists, patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide patient and family education on patient progress, including recommendations on assistive equipment, durable medical equipment, and community support when appropriate.
  • Work in a typical clinical environment, with the stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods, and lift/assist patients as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Open to new graduates, but preference given to candidates with a minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.
  • Active CA PTA license, or eligible to obtain.
  • Full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
  • Inpatient setting.
  • Day shifts.
  • Sign-on bonus.
