We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team at Getlabs, the leading platform for at-home diagnostics. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for visiting patients in their homes or offices, collecting lab samples, and processing specimens with high accuracy.

About the Role:

This is a PRN (as needed) position that requires strong experience working in hospitals, office, or mobile environments. You must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely care about patients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit patients in their homes or offices, drive to and from appointments, and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories.
  • Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.

You Will Thrive in This Role If:

  • You have phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
  • You have 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred).
  • You have experience processing samples.
  • You have certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
  • You have a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
  • You have strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • You can work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision.
  • You have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • You have proof of first shot of Covid-19 Vaccine by 30 days of employment.
