Job Summary

As a Guest Environment Expert at Marriott International Inc, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects
