The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Coordinating and delivering person-centered care to residents
Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Providing education and training to caregivers and other staff members
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Responding to dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards
Inviting, Encouraging, Assisting (IEA) residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on ISP and demographic profile
We offer a competitive salary range of USD $15.70 - USD $19.65 /Hr. and variable compensation including overtime eligibility. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, retirement savings plans, employee assistant program/discount program, paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay.
