The Ladders is seeking a Senior Financial Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing, directing, and mentoring the daily functions of the accounting team.
  • Possessing comprehensive knowledge of all office responsibilities, including transaction processing, daily cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and title administration.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of month-end financial closings and the distribution of financial statements.
  • Generating daily and monthly financial reports.
  • Conducting monthly reconciliations of bank and finance reserves.
  • Upholding internal controls and maintaining company policies and procedures.
  • Participating in financial audits and reviews.
  • Collaborating with the CFO to provide insights on departmental performance and cost variances.
