Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding and cooperation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN license in the state of Texas.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse.
- Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification (RN-BC) preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
