Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc.

• Prepare and maintain the operating room environment, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available for each procedure.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure aseptic technique and minimize contamination risks.
• Effectively manage supplies and instruments, promoting efficient workflow and minimizing waste.
• Assist with patient preparation and discharge, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
• Participate in daily housekeeping activities, maintaining a clean and safe surgical environment.

• Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
