Beauty Consultant

Sally Beauty is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

• BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS: Get to know our customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve their beauty goals.
• RECOMMEND ADDITIONAL AND COMPLEMENTARY PRODUCTS: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products, and make recommendations to customers based on their interests and needs.
• INFORM CUSTOMERS OF CURRENT PROMOTIONS AND EVENTS: Keep customers informed about special offers, new product releases, and other events that may be of interest to them.
• SET UP ADVERTISING DISPLAYS AND ARRANGE MERCHANDISE: Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• ENSURE CUSTOMERS ARE INFORMED ABOUT THE LOYALTY PROGRAM: Educate customers about our loyalty program and how they can benefit from it.
• COMPLETE TRANSACTIONS ACCURATELY AND EFFICIENTLY: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer payments in a timely manner.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $35,000-$45,000, depending on location and experience.
