">The compensation package for this position includes an hourly rate of $23-$28 per hour, based on experience.
">Job Summary
">This role involves working closely with the Blaster in charge to coordinate daily drilling and blasting activities. You will learn various aspects of blasting techniques, including proper explosives product use and applications.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist the Blaster in charge with maintaining the daily blasting production schedule
- Develop a solid understanding of proper explosives product use and various applications
- Work collaboratively with the Blaster in charge to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Requirements
">- High School Degree required
- Two years' experience working with drills and explosives, or prior military explosive handling experience
- Demonstrates basic blasting problem-solving skills
- Able to travel out of town as needed
