The Concessions Operations Supervisor is accountable for the entire management of designated concession areas. This role involves training staff, overseeing, and directing the work of team members. All Concessions Operations Supervisors report directly to the Concessions Manager of the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

The Concessions Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of assigned concession areas. This includes training staff, supervising operations, and ensuring compliance with service standards.

  • Oversees and coordinates the activities of concession staff, assigning tasks as necessary.
  • Identifies and resolves operational issues with the support of the Concessions Manager.
  • Participates in the setup and closing procedures of concession areas.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations, storerooms, and back areas, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Accurately completes required documentation and reporting.
  • Investigates discrepancies in cash and inventory.
  • Ensures accuracy in financial transactions and inventory management during events.
  • Maintains a high standard of appearance for the concession area at all times.
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure proper cleaning and organization at the end of events.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in food service or a similar role is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Ability to manage cash and inventory efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Capability to work in an outdoor environment under various weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing between 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work during all venue events, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including reaching, bending, and lifting.
  • Compliance with local health regulations for food handling and beverage service is mandatory.


Encourage adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting unsafe conditions, and completing all required safety training.

All safety incidents must be reported to management on the same day they occur.
