BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide senior living visits in the Salisbury, Lexington, and Mooresville areas.
As a member of our multidisciplinary health care team, you will provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in senior living communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing diagnostic tests and measurements
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Continually assessing and revising care plans
- Accurately documenting client care management and services provided
Qualifications include:
- A current NC Physical Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
