Fitness Enthusiast

At Orange Theory, we're passionate about helping people live longer, more vibrant lives through fitness. Our science-based, full-body workout uses technology to measure performance, and our highly trained and certified coaches lead members through a 60-minute class that targets at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our studio team, you'll be responsible for greeting every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge, presenting the Orange Theory concept to interested consumers, and working at our front desk to answer phones and talk to members.

• Greet every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Present the Orange Theory concept to interested consumers
• Work at our front desk to answer phones and talk to members
• Give studio tours
• Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new members through their first Orange Theory workout
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Handle members' concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
