Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Optician to join our team at Walmart. As an Optician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and organizing product displays.
  • Operate hardware such as cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Receive and stock merchandise, and organize and maintain the optical area.
  • Sell optical products and services by assisting members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $23.00 to $31.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums. We also offer a range of benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off benefits.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong understanding of optical products and services. Preferred qualifications include experience in the optical industry and a strong customer service background.
