Position Details:
- Full-time employment with a competitive salary structure.
- Collaborate with a board-certified Ophthalmologist.
- No evening or weekend shifts required.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation Structure:
We offer flexible scheduling options:
- A 5-day work week starting at $150,000 annually.
- A 4-day work week starting at $120,000 annually.
In addition to a base salary, you will have access to an attractive optical and productivity incentive plan, transitioning from a base salary with a bonus structure to a productivity-based model.
