Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Hospice/Palliative Care

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work in the specialty area of Hospice/Palliative Care. This is a contract, 5x8 days position that requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of Hospice/Palliative Care services.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) specializing in Hospice/Palliative Care.
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license within the state of practice.
