Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients and their pets, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise information about their pet's health, treatment options, and hospital services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other hospital staff to ensure seamless client care and hospital operations.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Organizational Ability: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Client Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional client service, with a focus on delivering a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Intellectual Ability: Accurately and consistently follows instructions, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to clients.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The noise level in the work environment is moderately high. The ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb is required, as well as the ability to manipulate up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
