Chief Rehabilitation Officer

The Chief Rehabilitation Officer will oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality therapy services for residents. This is a full-time position responsible for implementing new programs to meet facility and resident needs.

• Supervise and guide therapy personnel, including licensed therapists, assistants, aides, and students.
• Daily scheduling for staff to meet facility needs.
• Provide direct care and work with supervisor to determine caseload in tandem with management responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards for rehabilitation services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor treatment programs for outcomes.
• Attend facility meetings and complete billing documentation timely and accurately.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

$80,000 - $110,000 per year.
