EduServe LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Athletic Director to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a flexible program and classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans consistent with established guidelines and goals.
- Establish effective relationships with students, staff members, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Coordinate class field trips and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Prepare students for state-required achievement assessments.
- Bachelor's degree (BA) from an accredited college or university or equivalent.
- Possession of valid teaching certification (as appropriate).
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Commitment to company values.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with teachers, students, parents, and administrative staff.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Student Information System (SIS).
The work environment for this position is typical of a school setting, with occasional noise during high student traffic.
Terms of EmploymentSalary and benefits shall be paid consistent with EduServe LLC's salary and benefit policy. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by EduServe LLC.
