Join Our Team as a Flexologist at StretchLab

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Flexologists to join our team at StretchLab, the industry leader in assisted stretching. As a Flexologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional stretching experiences to our members, helping them achieve their movement goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions of 25 and 50 minutes, focusing on major muscle groups, extremities, and small muscle groups.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of stretching, motivate them throughout their session, and provide personalized feedback on their progress.
  • Assess clients' mobility, identify areas of tension, and provide recommendations for daily routines to maintain flexibility and mobility.
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab's policies and safety rules.
  • Discuss, recommend, and promote future visits and membership options with clients, fostering a positive and engaging experience.
  • Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes, and suggesting stretch homework.
  • Assist in building StretchLab membership and retention of current members by booking follow-up appointments and outreach to foster regular attendance.
  • Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and best practices.
  • Clean and maintain the studio environment and equipment, ensuring a high-end experience for every client.
Requirements:
  • Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for movement, stretching, and flexibility.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training with clients.
  • Strong professional work ethic, punctuality, and excellent communication skills that exude empathy and compassion.
  • Part-time (15 hour minimum) and full-time shifts available, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
