Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of engineers and designers to fulfill project-specific engineering tasks as determined by business development leaders.
  • Manage resource allocation within the Project Engineering team, ensuring timely delivery of technical outputs.
  • Review and endorse engineering change orders, technical documentation, and project deliverables.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3-7 years of experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
  • Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PE) in Nebraska, with the ability to obtain licensure in other states.
  • Experience in evaluating specifications for quotations and assessing risks associated with large contracts.
  • Proficient in managing extensive project timelines while maintaining productivity to meet milestones.
  • Strong skills in 3D modeling software and familiarity with regulatory standards such as UL, CSA, NEC, and NFPA.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
