Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist III to join our team at the County of San Bernardino, CA. As a Radiologic Technologist III, you will be responsible for performing radiologic procedures, employing the use of x-rays to produce images of various parts of the body for the diagnosis of pathological and traumatic disorders. You will also plan, schedule, assign, and review the performances of Radiologic Technologist I and II staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic procedures, including x-rays, fluoroscopy, and other imaging modalities
  • Plan, schedule, and assign work for Radiologic Technologist I and II staff
  • Review and evaluate the performance of Radiologic Technologist I and II staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for radiologic imaging
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Three (3) years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care setting
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Certification by the State of California, Department of Public Health as a Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
  • Department of Public Health Fluoroscopy permit
  • Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year of experience as a Lead Radiologic Technologist or Supervising Technologist
Working Conditions

This position is a twenty-four hour facility, and applicants must indicate their shift availability in the Supplemental Questionnaire of the application. Shift differentials are provided.
