Job Summary:
Physician Empire is seeking an Inpatient Psychiatrist to meet the growing demand for psychiatric services on the south side of Indianapolis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a range of psychiatric conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Manage patient volume and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time
- Common Diagnoses:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Confusion/Delirium
- Substance Use Disorders
Requirements:
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Current licensure in the state of Indiana
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
