Job Overview

Bonness Inc., a family-owned and operated contractor since 1981, seeks an experienced Paving and Sitework Coordinator to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the estimating department, including bid process setup, subcontractor/vendor qualification, and bid file maintenance.
  • Assist in coordinating customer communication and update bid statuses within bidding software.
  • Monitor and report on new solicitations from GC/Municipalities websites.
  • Perform various tasks such as inventory management, office supply ordering, scanning, filing, and small projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior office experience preferred.
  • Valid Florida driver's license required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
