Main Responsibilities

As a Property Ambassador, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Representing our properties in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive resident experience.
  • Assisting prospective residents and current residents with leasing processes, paperwork, and other related tasks.
  • Collaborating with property management staff to ensure seamless interactions with vendors and residents.
  • Communicating effectively with grounds and maintenance teams to resolve resident work orders efficiently.
