Job Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will be at the forefront of patient communications, developing relationships with customers and advocating for their well-being. This role requires a clinical expert who can provide high-quality patient care, process and accurately dispense prescription orders, and counsel patients on their medication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders
  • Counsel patients on their medication needs and provide education on health care and wellness
  • Maintain confidential information and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
  • Pharmacy license
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
