KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Results Orientation
  • Meet company sales objectives by implementing effective sales techniques and sharing product insights with customers; making suggestions based on customer preferences and requirements.
  • Remain knowledgeable about current promotions and sales; maintain pricing and visual presentation standards.
  • Follow established protocols in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other tasks assigned by Management.
  • Participate in visual merchandising projects such as monthly store setups and area maintenance.
Customer Interaction
  • Demonstrate and advocate for the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Promptly address customer concerns.
  • Facilitate a quick and efficient checkout experience, staying informed on payment methods, coupon policies, returns, exchanges, security measures, and other operational guidelines.
  • Influence purchasing decisions at checkout and achieve add-on sales targets, including gift card promotions.
  • Enroll customers in loyalty initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of current product lines and style selections both in-store and online.
Operational Support
  • Assist in replenishment efforts to keep the store well-stocked.
  • Help fulfill locate requests.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
Collaboration and Development
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and actively request feedback.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

This role may encompass various brands, with responsibilities potentially varying between them.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively use company-provided technology
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and Management
  • Punctuality is essential for this role to ensure sufficient coverage for achieving company objectives. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Extended Walking/Standing throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift
  • Frequent Climbing - 34%-66% of an 8-hour shift
