Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Teppan Chef to join our team at Benihana. As a Teppan Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook hot meals on hibachi tables in front of guests, ensuring a unique and entertaining experience.
• Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with other chefs and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Teppan Chef or in a similar role.
• Excellent cooking skills, with a focus on Japanese cuisine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
