We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the construction and implementation of bridge infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct all aspects of the project from planning to completion
  • Supervise a team of personnel and subcontractors on-site
  • Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, government officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors or owners regarding quantities and costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship adhering to original plans and specifications
  • Ensure safety standards are met on the job site

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software (HCSS or other)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Prior experience with traffic control is beneficial
