Taco Bell Cashier II

TravelCenters of America is seeking a skilled Cashier II to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Provide courteous and helpful service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the food and beverage area
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels
• Support the training of lower-level cashiers, sharing your knowledge and expertise
• Prioritize tasks to meet store and management needs, ensuring a smooth operation
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any potential hazards or incidents
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues and leaders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

• 2+ years of cashier experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment
• Strong computer and POS system skills
• Cash handling and math skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Merchandising and stocking experience, with an eye for visual merchandising
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
