Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team at our CNG facility in Bloomer, WI. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing visual checks, utilizing production lab equipment, and following equipment procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual checks of products to identify defects
  • Utilize production lab equipment to perform physical tests
  • Follow equipment procedures to ensure accurate results
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to locate product lots and assist in priority shipments
  • Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience preferred
  • Ability to work with measuring tools such as tape measure, calipers, etc.
  • Solid technical/mechanical aptitude
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift throughout a 12-hour period
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand most of their 12-hour shift on a cement production floor
  • Team members are also required to frequently talk and hear
What We Offer
  • Starting wage is $20.00
  • Night shift differential: $2.50
