Park Groundskeeper

We are seeking a dedicated Park Groundskeeper to join our team at Kings Row Trailer Park Inc. As a Park Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the park's grounds, including mowing, blowing, weeding, trimming and pruning shrubs, planting flowers and watering.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. This role requires 3+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience, preferably in the RV/mobile home community field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the park's green spaces and keep outdoor furniture clean and in good condition.
• Dig trenches and level RV spaces and grounds.
• Rake leaves, remove trash and other vegetation from RV spaces and outdoor areas.
• Maintain outdoor lighting, retaining walls, dog park, and other facilities.

As a Park Groundskeeper, you must be able to work effectively with management, maintenance lead, coworkers, and guests. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to work independently and assist others.
• Able to participate in the park's infrastructure walkthrough to troubleshoot facility issues.
