**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including those with cardiovascular, medical, and surgical conditions
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage life-sustaining therapies as needed
* Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
**Requirements:**
* Current RN licensure in the state of practice
* BLS and ACLS certification
* Experience in a CVICU or similar critical care setting
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
