MainStreet Family Care is expanding its team and is seeking a dedicated and personable Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our network of clinics. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will deliver patient-centered care to ensure our patients receive timely and effective treatment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability while collaborating with various teams across multiple clinics, providing guidance in a dynamic and high-demand urgent care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor surgical procedures (e.g., toenail removal, foreign object extraction)
- Provide general dermatological care
- Offer general gynecological expertise
- Care for pediatric patients of all ages
- Engage in occupational health services
- Utilize telemedicine for patient consultations
Work Schedule:
Shifts will be scheduled two months in advance, with clinic hours typically being:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Note that hours may vary based on organizational needs, training, and staffing adjustments.
Additional Requirements:
- COVID vaccination is mandatory for employment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Paid orientation and training will be provided
