Position SummaryThe BODYBAR Pilates Sales Associate (SA) plays a crucial role in supporting the Studio Manager with the objective of attracting new members and ensuring the satisfaction of current members through effective sales and customer service practices. This part-time role may require working during weekends, early mornings, and evenings, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the studio's sales strategy, including lead generation, management, and conversion
  • Perform tasks aimed at member retention
  • Meet daily objectives, bookings, and sales targets
  • Engage in community outreach events to promote the studio
  • Document member bookings
  • Foster a sense of community within the studio by interacting with members before and after classes
Qualifications
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to generate sales in memberships, retail, and private training
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Previous sales experience is essential; experience in selling memberships, skincare, or direct sales is preferred
  • Experience in a fitness-related sales environment is advantageous
  • Genuine interest in fitness
  • Professional demeanor, reliable, and punctual
  • Computer literate and familiar with studio management software
  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
