We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Global Payroll team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and administration, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Implement organizational practices and regulatory requirements regarding associate payroll records.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory and compliance forms.
- Develop processes to improve the efficiency of payroll-related troubleshooting.
- Apply appropriate payroll systems to process payroll-related tasks.
- Calculate payroll utilizing payroll administration systems.
- Maintain payroll records and documents.
- Resolve payroll-related problems to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
- 2 years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
- Intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$95,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
