We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Global Payroll team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and administration, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Implement organizational practices and regulatory requirements regarding associate payroll records.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory and compliance forms.
• Develop processes to improve the efficiency of payroll-related troubleshooting.
• Apply appropriate payroll systems to process payroll-related tasks.
• Calculate payroll utilizing payroll administration systems.
• Maintain payroll records and documents.
• Resolve payroll-related problems to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
• 2 years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
• Intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$95,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
