  • Care for patient needs throughout their recovery, providing emotional support and comfort.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Create and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
  • Experience: 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Requirements: COVID vaccination, LPN experience, EPIC EMR experience
  • License/Certification: LPN License, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
