Requirements
  • Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
  • Experience: 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Requirements: COVID vaccination, LPN experience, EPIC EMR experience
  • License/Certification: LPN License, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
