We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Carpenter Health Network. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the Conroe-Spring-Cypress area of Texas.

Job Summary:

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of patient care, ensuring timely updates to the plan of care
  • Complete all necessary documents, including Oasis 485 order submission
  • Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel as needed
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation

Requirements:

  • Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an RN or 1 year of clinical experience as an LPN
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Compassionate and excellent time management skills
  • Reliable transportation for patient visits
