Position Overview: A healthcare facility is currently seeking a locum tenens Hospitalist Medicine Physician to provide coverage. This role is ideal for those who are ready to start as soon as privileges are obtained.

Qualifications: Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with recent experience in Hospitalist Medicine.

Daily Responsibilities: You can expect to manage approximately 18 patients during day shifts, which includes 3-5 admissions, rounds, and discharges. Evening shifts will typically involve an average of 7 admissions.

Requirements: Comfort with central lines is essential for this assignment.

Work Schedule: The client is looking for full-time coverage on a 7 on, 7 off basis, but is also open to considering sporadic coverage from local physicians.
