We are seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

About the Role

This full-time position is available for the 2024-2025 school year, with a start date of January 2025. The successful candidate will be working in an Early Childhood Classroom with students who have Mild/Moderate Disabilities.

As a Special Education Teacher with ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with parents, administrators, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging lessons that meet state standards and cater to the diverse needs of students with Mild/Moderate Disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote student growth and progress.
  • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and community members to ensure a collaborative and productive setting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Teaching license from the Massachusetts Department of Education.
  • Experience working with students with special needs is preferred but not required.
