Job Overview

• As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in our team, contributing to the success of Sunglass Hut.

You will bring an authentic, fun and energized experience to all customers, helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and meet company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences, making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized and unique shopping experiences.
• Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the appearance of the store, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized, and securing company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changes with accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results through effective selling skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changes, and respond to flexible situations
