Overview
Willis-Knighton Health System is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to fill a float position across our 5 campuses and outlying clinics. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the success of our nursing staff.

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients systematically, implementing evidence-based care plans, assisting physicians with patient care, and educating patients and families on health management. You will also be responsible for administering medications, managing medication reconciliation, and coordinating patient referrals and scheduling.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a current license to practice as a professional nurse in the state of Louisiana. A background in nursing experience is preferred, but not required. We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and organized individual who can multitask effectively and demonstrate a consistent work history.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will not be required to work weekends or holidays. A departmental orientation will be provided based on your experience and level of comfort, followed by a hospital-wide orientation upon hire.
