Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Continuously monitor and document patient conditions, communicating any changes effectively.
- Act as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assist in assessing and planning for patients' discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Licensure and Certification Requirements
- Current BLS certification is required within one month of employment.
- Active Registered Nurse license from the appropriate state board is mandatory.
Educational Qualifications
- A diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure is required.
