Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull substantial weights, making it physically demanding at times. Candidates should be prepared for a hands-on role that involves significant physical activity.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills (Windows, email, internet).

Physical Demands:
This role requires frequent walking, sitting, or standing. Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, carry 50 pounds, and push or pull up to 100 pounds. Climbing ladders and stairs, as well as stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending, are also required. Visual acuity is necessary for inspecting completed work.
