Responsibilities:
  • Manage the farm stand's daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the harvest coordinator and farm manager to ensure a consistent supply of fresh produce
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and inventory levels

The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive $60,000 - $75,000 per year salary, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
