- Know vaccine schedules for children and adults.
- Administer vaccines to children and adults as needed.
- Provide vaccine certifications for school attendance.
- Conduct audits for schools and daycares.
- Conduct scoliosis screenings for schools.
- Conduct hearing/vision/dental screenings for school attendance.
- Cross-train to TB, Child Health, Family Planning, and IDC clinics.
- PH RN 1: Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and completion of a PHN course within one year of hire.
- PH RN 2: Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and current Georgia license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- PH RN 3: Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and one year of nursing experience.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under established clinic protocols.
