About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Houston Methodist West Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures using X-ray and fluoroscopy techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient preparation before procedures and perform proper sterile techniques
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of radiology equipment, protocols, and safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Three years' experience as a Special Procedures Technologist
  • ARRT-R certification in Radiologic Technology and CMRT state licensure
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
