Surgical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a key member of the surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures, providing essential supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to strict infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completion of a surgical technology program accredited by the CAAHEP or ABHES, or equivalent experience.
- An active certification by the NBSTSA, JCAHPO, or NCCT.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
